In an effort to streamline this wonderful resource, from now any and all correspondences or information regarding the various co-ops we run will be handled through this blog. We are receiving lots and lots of emails and often have to respond with the same information. We will no longer respond to individual emails or inquiries regarding the co-ops. All the information necessary to participate in the co-ops and the ordering process are available on the blog. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment on the blog and one of the co-op organizers will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible! One of the organizers will be sending an email to the list shortly asking everyone to subscribe to the Living Healthy in Las Vegas blog. Thanks and we look forward to your cooperation in streamlining this process.

Is there an organic basket drop on the 13th?
YES, however, if the option is not there then they have sold out. There are only so many baskets for each location, each week.
I was wondering about the organic as well. When you go to the website it shows organic and conventional for the 13th, but when you go to order it only offers you conventional for the selection. Is this b/c the organic spots are already purchased for that week?
Hey Keslie, You asked me to send you a note about the Frontier cash payments being paid when you pick up the order not before like the payment page says. So here it is. Thanks for your help. I'm so glad we have this resource.

Question for all you soap nuts...Do you have a water softener system or do you use borax with your nuts if you do not?
I have a water softener, but I found this tips regarding soap nuts and hard water.
*Soft water may require less soap nuts while hard water may need 5-6 nuts and adding about 1/8 to 1/4 cup baking soda to the wash water or, a tablespoon to 1/4 cup of coarse ground sea salt depending on load size, will work fine. (from: http://theearthsbounty.com/store/WsAncillary.asp?ID=18)
Good luck!!
